lyengar Yoga Beginners Courses are an effective way to begin your Yoga journey. Paula will teach you a series of standing, seated, supine and restorative poses called asanas. You will also learn some basic breathing techniques called pranayama, and complete each class with a deep relaxation practice called savasana.
